list: CAMDA@listserv.it.northwestern.edu.
Here is the step of joining the mailing list:
Send an email
to listserv@listserv.it.northwestern.edu
without any subject line, and type the
following command in the message: SUBSCRIBE CAMDA FirstName LastName. For
example, SUBSCRIBE CAMDA John Smith
